Consultations

I provide free 20 minute video consultations. All consultations will take place on Telehealth.

Finding a therapist that you trust is extremely important, so remember to take your time to find the best fit for you. Consultations are a great way for us to get to know each other and to make sure we are the right fit for each other. If for whatever reason we are not a good fit for each other I am happy to provide referrals for you to help on your journey.

Schedule a Session

Standard Session costs:

$200 for individuals for a 60 minute session

$200 for couples and relationship groups for a 60 minute session.

I also offer extended session times upon request, please contact me for pricing.

Outbound Therapy does not bill insurance directly.

I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company. You are responsible for understanding your plan’s coverage and reimbursement policies. A superbill does require a billable diagnosis, assigned to an individual insured person. This means that for the purpose of couple or family therapy, one person must be designated as the “patient.” I am happt to discuss with you about the pros and cons of receiving a mental health diagnosis.

I am also always glad to provide receipts for services so you can get reimbursement from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) if your employer offers one.

Session Options

I offer 60 sessions with individuals, couples, and relationship groups.

I also offer extended sessions from 80 minutes to 3 hours. These sessions are great for clients that prefer to come monthly or are looking for intensive sessions.
